Remote type generation
Generate files through the same backend type generator used by the REST Test web application.
Request
POST /api/public/v1/generate/types requires types:generate. Scope can be all or operation; operation scope requires operationId.

The response contains definitionRevision, definitionHash, files with relative paths and content, and warnings. The API never writes or archives generated files.
