// DOCUMENTATION

Workspaces and members

Organize API work, invite members and control destructive actions with roles.

Workspace model

A workspace is the boundary for API sources, documentation, requests and membership. It can be personal with one member or shared by a team.

  • One account can access multiple workspaces.
  • Workspace data stays scoped to authorized members.
  • Invitations can connect existing or newly registered accounts.

Invitations

An owner or authorized administrator sends an invitation link for an email address. A new user registers through that link; an existing user can accept the pending invitation after signing in.

Roles

Roles limit accidental or unauthorized changes. Use the least privilege needed for each member.

  • Owner: full control, including workspace deletion.
  • Admin: member and workspace administration without owner-only control.
  • Editor: API and request changes.
  • Viewer: read-only workspace access.
